By creating an account or using BucketSave, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. We may update these terms from time to time and will notify you of material changes.

2. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate information when registering and to keep your account details up to date. You must be at least 13 years old to use BucketSave.

3. Use of the Service

BucketSave is a personal savings tracking tool. You may use it for lawful purposes only. You agree not to misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with its operation. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

BucketSave offers free and Pro tiers. Pro features are unlocked through a one-time payment processed via PayMongo. All payments are final and non-refundable unless required by applicable law. We may change pricing with advance notice.

5. Data & Privacy

Your use of BucketSave is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We take reasonable measures to protect your data, but no system is 100% secure. BucketSave is not a bank and does not hold or manage actual funds.

6. Disclaimer

BucketSave is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. BucketSave does not provide financial advice. Savings goals displayed are for tracking purposes only.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BucketSave and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
